How do I book?

You can book any of our experiences via our website with Visa and Mastercard + booking fee.

Alternatively, you can contact us to secure your place by calling 0458 797 947. We will require a credit card payment over the phone.

Are there any age limits?

No there are no age limits. Everyone is welcome aboard, however children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol is only available to persons over 18.

Do you take group bookings?

We welcome group bookings, for all agent and group booking enquiries please email us –

Will I receive a paper ticket?

No, once we have received your booking you will be emailed with a confirmation. Please bring either a printed copy of your confirmation or the receipt on your phone is fine too.


We will reschedule or offer a full refund for any COVID-19 related cancellations.




Where can I park in Hobart?

Our Sunset Cruise & Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experience leaves from the Hobart wharf. The majority of the parking in this area has a limit of 2 hours. We suggest alternate parking options below. We recommend paid parking at:

38 Argyle Street, Hobart 7000

A multi-story carpark that’s open Monday to Sunday 7 am –10 pm.

The vehicle entry to the Argyle Street car park is from Argyle Street – you will receive a ticket on entry & must pay at one of the designated machines before exit. There are eight disabled access parking spaces that are all close to lifts. You can find parking costs associated – here.

This car park has a height restriction of 2 metres and there are 1155 parking bays.

From here you will be able to walk down Argyle Street and meet at our designated meeting point, Fish Frenzy restaurant on the Elizabeth Street Pier.

2-4 Market Place, Hobart 7000

Market Place is a multi-storey car park open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is conveniently located to Hobart’s CBD & Waterfront. You can find parking costs associated – here.  

This car park has height restrictions of 2.2 metres. 

From Market Place car park you will be able to walk just 500m to our designated meeting point, Fish Frenzy restaurant on Elizabeth Street Pier.

14 Evans St, Hobart 7001.

Just a short 700m stroll to the Hobart Wharf and our designated meeting point at Fish Frenzy Restaurant, Macquarie Point offers all day parking for cars and campers. You will need to pre-purchase a ticket and display on your vehicles dashboard – the machines take both cash and credit card.

Where do we meet for the Sunset Cruise orDeep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experience?

We will meet on the Hobart Waterfront – public jetty in front of Fish Frenzy.

Restaurant which is located on Elizabeth Street Pier. Look for vessel “Cuttlefish”.

Are seats allocated?

Our luxury vessel “Cuttlefish” is equipped with spacious indoor leather lounges that are open-planned and unallocated.

There is also outdoor seating on the 360 degree viewing deck/flybridge.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our custom built vessels are exceptional sea boats which means that we can operate in most weather conditions.

Our vessel “Cuttlefish” is an RDM 55ft locally built luxury catamaran. The catamaran has comfortable and warm indoor seating, and covered outdoor interactive cook station as well as heaters for the cooler days and air conditioning for our warm summer days.

As you would understand, our main priority is safety and the skilled skipper chartering your tour will have discretion whether to postpone or cancel the tour.

Bookings will be transferred to another day or time if possible or will be refunded if weather conditions are bad.

What happens if I get sea sick?

Our vessels operates in calm waters, however if the weather turns unfavourable our skilled skippers have the local knowledge to take you to the calmer waters within a short time. Your guide and crew will also carry some sea sickness tablets (non-prescription)

What should I wear?

Tasmanian weather is very inclement so it pays to be prepared. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing along a warm jacket for afternoon sea breezes.

If you have booked our Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experience you will be on our luxury catamaran “Cuttlefish”. The vessel has ample indoor areas which will ensure you stay dry. Our outdoor main deck is undercover which is where the interactive cook station is located. 

What do I bring?

Feel free to bring a camera on your tour or charter as there will be some incredible sight-seeing, as well as incredible seafood delights that will be worthy of a picture.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat as the Tasmanian sun is very strong.

What if I have dietary requirements or food intolerances?

Please let us know at your time of book of any dietary requirements. We will be happy to accommodate you. 

Please note that 90% of the food we serve is seafood, including shellfish and that some cross contamination may occur.

Is there wheelchair access?

No, Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access.

Do you offer private tours or charters?

We welcome all enquiries for private tours and charters. 

Can you book the “Cuttlefish” for a birthdays, special event, wedding, hens, bucks, baby showers, engagement or proposal?

Yes, the Cuttlefish is able to be booked for your special event. Our Events Coordinator is able to tailor a package specifically for you. We are able to organise transfers, catering, beverages and can assist in recommending entertainment. Feel free to reach out to us for an obligation free quote.

Do you offering styling?

We work with stylists and event planners in Tasmania who are able to create a tailored event package for you.
