
DEEP-TO-DISH: TASMANIAN SEAFOOD EXPERIENCE

Feast on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean whilst cruising in style and comfort on our premier power catamarans along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world.
Join us on our luxury two story power catamaran and come face to face with the towering Alum sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board the vessel.
The Tour
Start the day with a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses. Throughout the day our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare for you on board. You will also feast on live Tasmanian abalone, live Tasmanian rock lobster, oysters, periwinkles, whole Atlantic Salmon & mussels.

The Itinerary
- Hobart Wharf
Meeting at Hobart’s iconic wharf you will board our luxury catamaran ‘Cuttlefish’, where you will be warmly greeted by our local crew who will make you feel right at home. A selection of Tasmanian grown tea and locally ground coffee will be offered. After a short safety brief your adventure will begin!
- Alum Sea Cliffs
A short distance down the Derwent River we will nestle under the towering Alum sea cliffs, before passing the blowhole at Blackmans Bay. Hobart has a significant convict history, be sure to ask our crew any questions as we go!
- Bull Bay
We will venture south and stop in at the secluded Bull Bay, the fertile fishing grounds where our skilled diver will catch the freshest periwinkles and sea urchins and expertly prepare at our interactive cook station and match local beer, wine, ciders, fresh juice and sparkling water.
- Dennes Point
Rounding the most Northern tip of Bruny Island we will encounter oysters and mussels growing naturally in the wild. Local beer, wine, ciders, fresh juices and sparkling water will continue to be served.
- D’entrecasteaux Channel
Entering the sheltered waters of the magical D’entrecasteaux Channel we will prepare a mouth watering selection of seafood including Crayfish (Upon Request), Oysters, Mussels, Sea Urchins and Periwinkles.
- Shepards Point
After feasting on the selection of seafood we will cruise across to the stunning Shepard’s Point to visit an active Atlantic Salmon farm. Here you will see the salmon jumping before sampling this world renowned fish in variety of ways – including our signature cevich .
- Channel Cruise
We will cruise down the channel whilst sampling Tasmania’s world class fudge!
- Return to Hobart
From here we will safely return you to the port of Hobart with a leisurely cruise back up the Derwent River.
