Where do I go to meet the tour?

Both morning and afternoon tours will depart from the same place on Hobart Wharf – no.2 franklin wharf (next to T42 and Fish Frenzy).

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the commencement of your tour to ensure we get away on time and you have as much time on the water as you can.

What do I need to bring on the tour?

You should bring a camera on the tour as there will be some incredible sight-seeing, as well as incredible seafood delights that will be worthy of a picture.

The vessel has plenty of indoor area so you can bring your phone, wallet and other small valuables without these getting wet. It would also be a good idea to bring along a warm jacket for afternoon sea breezes.

Bring sunscreen and sunglasses as the Tasmanian sun is very strong.

Will I get wet? What clothes should I bring?

Our vessel has ample indoor areas which will ensure you stay dry. Our outdoor area also has clear awnings to reduce sea spray from the back of the vessel.

You should dress for the elements. Tasmanian weather is very inclement so it pays to be prepared. Always keep a warm jacket with you.

What can I expect to see?

You can expect to see towering sea cliffs, turquoise secluded beaches, sea birds and sea life.

You can also expect to see our diver harvesting periwinkles and sea urchins from the sea floor through our two onboard camera linked plasma TVs, and witness the freshest seafood being cooked in front of your eyes. You will also visit a Tasmanian oyster farm, selecting oysters to be enjoyed fresh and also signature style kilpatric.

What happens if its bad weather?

The vessel is an exceptional sea boat. We can operate in most weather conditions as the boat has comfortable and warm indoor seating, and covered outdoor seating.

However our main priority is safety and the skilled skipper will have discretion whether to postpone or cancel the tour.

Bookings will be transferred to another day or time if possible or will be refunded.

What happens if I get sea sick?
